As Anne, needed a break from relentless & intense legal work, Cat suggested a walk along the Ka Iwi Coastline. With Macau, of course.
Gorgeous as always, although our search for eels was unsuccessful.
Cat and Lars had a year-end hair-length comparison. Lars won. (He did have a good head start!)
Hard to believe, but Lars turned 40 in December. Cat doesn’t feel old enough to have a 40-year-old son!
We’ve been waiting over a year for a permit to put a roof over our deck. (We should have done this when the deck went up. The sun & rain are destroying it!)
The permitting situation here is BAD.
One of our Christmas traditions is to clothespin up the various card that wing their way to this volcanic rock in the middle of the Pacific Ocean.
We’ve yet to figure out a way to pin up the e-cards! : )
