At the stroke of midnight, the Mānoa valley erupted like a war zone.
Folks here LOVE fireworks; the fact they are illegal holds no water. None. Very few arrests, so, why not?
Seriously, from our deck we watched tens of thousands of dollars worth of fireworks bedazzle the sky and shock the ears.
(Poor birds, dogs, cats…)
